Hand over completed accounts at year end – accountants love us, and in-fact some of Kate’s teams are accountants. We hand over a completed reconciled general ledger (Xero) to your accountant – plus all the good stuff like home-office expenses, insurance paperwork and your vehicle log book

Unlimited support – this will look different for everyone, and we are not instant repliers (we are head down bum up in your payroll!) BUT you can ask us any questions….for example about your accounts…..your new business venture….why your tax bill looks funny.

Payroll and PAYE Filing
Payroll is a scary beast, it’s easy to get wrong and you can’t get it wrong. Have you read the Holidays Act 2003? It’s pretty complicated, Xero and other payroll software do a great job but software doesn’t always flex to ensure you have met legislation.
Being an employer means you are responsible for your employees' livelihoods and their dependents – that's a pretty big responsibility and you need to get that right!
Even if your payroll is simple, suddenly you have to deal with ACC, Kiwisaver, child support or overdue debt collections on behalf of your employee…leave this icky stuff to us!
When we look after your payroll – in the background we are ensuring your employees leave balances are correct, we manage variance of contracted hours, you can refer your employees to us when they have questions about their pay and we manage all the payments you need to make on behalf of your employees – student loans, child support and statutory deductions as some examples. We can also help with time-sheeting.
